多日課程開課後，未逾課程總時數三分之一（含）申請者，退還課程學費50%；課程屬單日課程，於開課後始申請者，不予退費。

如有以下情形者，學員繳費後全額退費： (1)遇颱風或其他不可抗拒災害發生時，本會調整課程日期導致無法配合上課者。 (2)本會取消課程時。

退費範例：

(1)單日課程：某課程訂105年10月11日下午2:00開課，課程時數3小時，課程費用新台幣 3,000元。
- a.105年10月4日申請取消報名者，全額退還新台幣3,000元。
- b.105年10月5日申請取消報名者，扣除手續費新台幣200元後，退還新台幣2,800元。(105年10月6日及7日提出申請亦同)。
- c.105年10月11日當日下午2時前申請取消報名者，扣除手續費新台幣300元(取課程費用10%與新台幣200元孰高者)後，退還新台幣2,700元。
- d.105年10月11日當日開課後申請取消報名者，不予退費。

(2)多日課程：某課程訂105年10月11日、12日及13日下午2:00開課，總課程時數9小時，課程費用新台幣 9,000元。
